Hackathon for Aban: Round 2

Aban Hackathon was first held last November to create a unified source of truth about Bloody November. In round 1 of this hackathon, the participants created a bilingual website (Farsi and English) that showed a record for innocent people who lost their lives in this tragic event. In round 2 of this hackathon we aim to build on this idea by adding features and functionalities.
