Why We Need Your Support

On January 8, 2020, Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752 was shot down by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), claiming 176 innocent lives and an unborn child. In the wake of this tragedy, we—the grieving families—came together to form the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims. United in loss, our mission is to uncover the truth, seek justice, preserve the memory of our loved ones, and uphold a supportive community for the survivors who continue to mourn.

Our Achievements

Pursuing Justice Internationally 

We have actively pursued legal channels, submitting cases to the International Criminal Court (ICC), partnering with government entities to engage the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and actively engaging the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Driving Advocacy 

Through persistent advocacy, we influenced Canada’s decision to designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization under the Criminal Code in June 2024, a significant step toward accountability and curbing foreign interference in democratic countries.

Honoring the Victims 

Over the past five years, we have established scholarships, hosted memorial events, and developed support networks that preserve the victims’ legacies and strengthen the bond among grieving families.

Our Challenges and Needs

While we’ve made meaningful progress, obstacles remain. As with any organization, we have faced unexpected legal and operational challenges that temporarily diverted resources and attention from our mission. However, our commitment to seeking justice, fostering unity, and preserving the memory of the victims remains steadfast.
