To: EU Members, European Airlines and the Aviation Society
According to claims by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the European Union, European airlines and the Aviation Society are considering a return to Iran’s flight corridors. Officials have stated that a group of airlines, led by Lufthansa, have held extensive talks on the matter.
This prompts an important question: How can one forget Flight PS752 and all the passengers that never reached their destinations?
It has been only four months since the disaster that took their lives, and the world remembers the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ confession that it opened fire on defenseless humans. What guarantees are there that the Guards will not repeat a similar crime, just as investigations are being blocked and the perpetrators are praised in Iran? What guarantees are there for the safety of passengers?
The EU Member States should not agree to overflight over Iranian airspace until the Iranian Government demonstrates its commitment to cooperate with international bodies to conduct a credible investigation into the events leading to the destruction of PS752, including the identity of the perpetrators.

An: EU-Mitglieder, Europäische Fluggesellschaften und die Luftfahrtgesellschaft
Behauptungen der Islamischen Republik Iran zufolge, ziehen es die Europische Union, europäische Fluggesellschaften und die Luftfahrtgesellschaft in Betracht, in den iranischen Luftraum zurückzukehren. Offizielle Stellen haben bekannt gegeben, dass eine Gruppe von Fluggesellschaften, angeführt von der Lufthansa, ausführliche Gespräche zu diesem Thema geführt haben.
Das führt zu einer wichtigen Frage: Wie kann man Flug PS752 und all die Passagiere, die ihr Ziel nicht erreichten, vergessen?
Es sind nur vier Monate seit der Katastrophe, die ihnen das Leben kostete, vergangen und die Weltgemeinschaft erinnert sich an die Bekenntnis der Islamischen Revolutionsgarden dazu, Feuer auf wehrlose Menschen eröffnet zu haben. Welche Garantien gibt es, dass die Garde ein ähnliches Verbrechen nicht wiederholt, angesichts der Blockierung von Untersuchungen und dem Lob für die Verbrecher in Iran? Welche Garantien gibt es für die Sicherheit der Passagiere?
Die EU-Mitgliedsstaaten sollten dem Überflug des iranischen Luftraumes nicht zustimmen, bis die iranische Regierung ihre Bereitschaft demonstriert hat, mit internationalen Organisationen zusammenzuarbeiten, um eine glaubhafte Untersuchung der Ereignisse durchzuführen, die zur Zerstörung der PS752 geführt hat – dazu gehört auch die Identifizierung der Täter.

Згідно з заявами Ісламської Республіки Іран, Європейський Союз, європейські авіакомпанії та Авіаційне товариство розглядають можливість повернення до польотних коридорів Ірану. Офіційні особи заявили, що група авіакомпаній на чолі з Lufthansa провела широкі переговори з даного предмету.
Це викликає важливе питання: як можна забути рейс PS752 та всіх пасажирів, які так і не прибули до місця призначення?
Минуло лише чотири місяці з часу катастрофи, яка забрала їхні життя, і світ пам’ятає визнання Корпусу гвардії Ісламської революції (Революційної гвардії) про те, що він відкрив вогонь по беззахисних людях. Які існують гарантії того, що Гвардія не повторить аналогічний злочин, так само як блокується розслідування, а винні отримують похвалу в Ірані? Які існують гарантії безпеки пасажирів?
Держави-члени ЄС не повинні погоджуватися на польоти над повітряним простором Ірану, поки іранський уряд не продемонструє свою готовність до співпраці з міжнародними органами для проведення достовірного розслідування подій, що призвели до знищення PS752, включаючи встановлення винних осіб.
