Woman Life Freedom 5K
In Person Event
Join us on October 22, in Toronto, for a RUN/Walk to support the global ‘Woman Life Freedom’ revolution and to commemorate the victims of Flight PS752. Together, we will amplify the voices of people in Iran and raise awareness about the ongoing struggles of brave Iranian women. The funds raised during this event will be donated to the PAND Settlement Charity to offer crucial assistance to Iranian refugees who have fled their country out of fear for their safety.
Virtual Event
Not in Toronto? You have the flexibility to complete your race your way, whether on roads, trails, or any location of your choice, all within a single day from October 22nd to October 29th. Afterward, simply submit your results (instructions will be sent via email), and we’ll send your finisher’s medal to your provided address.
** Please note that finisher’s medals will only be shipped to valid shipping addresses in Canada and the US. Just record your run/walk time on the registration website, and you’ll receive your finisher’s medal within 60 days.
** Virtual participants also have the option to forgo receiving their finisher’s medal if they choose not to provide their address or are located outside the US and Canada. In such cases, an electronic certificate will be emailed to you upon result submission.

Rules
- No dogs allowed
- No minimum age but Max is 80 years old
- Virtual participation is open to individuals in the US and Canada
- Youth and children are welcome, with limited spots available at a reduced fee
- Please note strollers are not permitted on the course
